Spencer Group Property Management is a licensed real estate company based in Eagle, Idaho, specializing in the management of investment income properties for both local and out-of-state property owners.

Our property management services began in 2012 with four single-family income homes acquired by one of our real estate clients. Since then, we have grown to a dedicated management team of five professionals overseeing more than seventy properties throughout the Treasure Valley.
